Basically you play the role of the people in FFCC. You are a member of a caravn out to earn mir for your village so that it may last one more year against the ever present miasma. As a member of a caravan, you can pick your race, gender, and appearance so long as they match one of the preset appearances. Also, you may pick your family trade, as well as the people in your family. Here are the restrictions however.

ONce a family trade i taken, no one else can use it. THe family trades are:

    • fisherman
      farmer
      miller
      rancher
      merchant
      tailor
      blacksmith
      alchemist

Each trade has it's own special abilities.

If a character design is taken, no one else may use it.

Once we have eight party members, no one else may join unless as a member of another caravan.Regardless, no two people may use the same characters design.

The characters designs are listed by race. Clavat, selkie, Yuke, and Lilty Teh males are on top and the females are on the bottom. The special strengths of each species will be told later.

I will go ahead and claim the blacksmith as a family trade. I'll finsih building my character later.

Sorry for double posting, but there was too mcuh extra info to inlclude in an edit

Clavats: They are a well balanced tribe. Although they don't lead the pack in any single area, their ability to use both magic and weapons with descent results is a huge plus. Clavats have good defense ratings, so stick them in the front of any party.

Lilties: They are the most fearsome warriors in teh land. Their offensive prowess is without equal, which makes them excellent frontline fighters. They don't like magic much, however, so stick to melee combat

Yukes: A meysterious tribe that have dedicated themselves to the study of magic. As a Yuke, you will be able to cas spells faster and with greater effect than any other tribe, but low strength and defense will be a burden. Try and stay in the back of a fight.

Selies: A tribe composed of theives and brigands, selkies have a bad reputation. Their forte in combat is focus attacks- it charges up faster than any other race- so give them a strong weapon and let them leap into teh fray.

I'll post the roles of the different job classes next
