*note* this was just copy pasted and then edited a little from a thread for a hack that I would have made but gold map left out most of the important areas so some things will be diffrent.
This is not a gold remake!

Three versions
version 1.Fire gold
version 2. ruby 1.1 (a remake of ruby w/ a few script changes to tie up some loose ends and 1 or 2 new towns)
version 3.SECRET
This takes place in Johto 3 years before gold and silver

1. You start out in newbark town in Johto with only days before you move and a new family (the trainer from g/s and his mom) moves in. You go next door to prof. elm's lab and get a starter pokemon. Prof. Rowan (from D/P because he said he traveled to other regions before going back to sinnoh) is there and says prof. elm is at Mr. Pokemon's house. You get a pokedex from elm and go home to show your mom. Your mom sees that your now a trainer and gives you your first pokeballs she got with the money she won gambling. (she has a serious problem with gambling)

Bla Bla Bla

2. you get to violet city and a team rocket member is blocking the gym so you head to sprout tower to get the flash HM. When you get there you see team rocket is in there trying to get the 100 foot tall bellsprout that is rumored to be in the middle of the pillar. You get to the top after battling them and see the elder just lost to the leader of this job and he/she sees you and battles you. You win so the elder thanks you and gives you flash. Next is the gym. The leader is Winnona (from Hoenn). When beaten she says that she will go to Hoenn to train.

3. You get to Ilex forrest and see team rocket at the shrine. You beat them and Celebi comes. Team rocket attacks her and then celebi takes you 400 years in the past. You go to Rainmaker well (called Slowpoke well in the future) to try to find celebi. You find her after fighting team rocket (yes, the same team rocket only this team rocket is led by Giovanin's Great Great ect. Grandfather and few know about the rockets because they are an under ground organization until Giovanni becomes the leader in your time.

4. Goldenrod city (nothing exciting happens yet but there are some things different from g/s here.)
Game corner-just built, nothing here except a few boxes and a pokeball holding the coin case
Bike shop-a pokemon card loving kid lives here and will trade you his bike for a pokemon card with mew on it
Radio tower is not built and the tower that is there is made of wood
No magnet train. regular pokemart with the owner talking about adding more floors

Next you go to Ecruteak city. The tower didn't burn down yet, and is called silver tower. You need the badge to get in. Inside are the legendary dogs (one on each floor and Lugia on the top floor. When you first leave the tower a guy says it's called silver tower because it used to be made of silver but theives gradually stole all the silver and replaced is with cheap silver painted wood and he'd bet money that it will be burnt down before three years pass by.

The miltank is not sick and you can buy all the moomoo milk you want. Olivine city- basically the same but jasmine is in the light house teaching her amphraos how to use flash. Team rocket then comes to try to steal the jasmine's pokemon. You help her get away by fighting team rocket until you get to the ground floor. When you get there, Silver (Giovanni's son) fights you with another team rocket member. Jasmine helps you win the fight with her electric type pokemon. She fights you at the gym with 2 magnimites and a mareep

The Pokemon league is to the left of Olivine but you can't get in yet. The whirl islands are home to Kyogre and many prehistoric pokemon (the water is filled with magikarps though. If you go in one of the wrong entrances you can fight a level 30 fakemon, Megakarp that is apparently one of the old magikarps (like it says in one of the pokedexes in one of the older games) because he/she knows Hyper Beam and surf and 2 other moves. But you do need to have enough badges to use whirlpool out of battle and the move whirlpool

Spoiler:

Cianwood is run by Chuck and his nephew, Brawly (he's visiting from Hoenn to train to be a gym leader). When you leave the gym after getting the badge someone you never met comes up to you and tells you that the people in Goldenrod are acting weird. You go there to find out what's happening and you see some team rocket members heading to the wooden tower and you decide to follow them.

Spoiler:

You get there and one of the guards recognizes you and runs away to warn the others. You fight the other guard. You head up to the top, fighting the rockets along the way and you get to the top and Giovanni's there next to a shiny drowzee. You beat Giovanni and the rockets leave. The shiny Drowzee is still there and you can't leave until you beat or catch it.

PLEASE tell me if any of the warps are wrong I only changed some later in the game around olivine.
