Fire Red base with Fairy type, PSS Split, Mega Evolution

    I'm looking for a Fire Red base that has the Fairy type, the Physical/Special/Status split, and Mega Evolution, preferably with updated movesets including new fairy moves, that is relatively bug free. Does such a thing exist? A simple patch would be nice but I'm willing to put in the time to learn how to do the coding necessary.

    EDIT: I'd also like it to be compatible with tools like Pokemon Game Editor for ease of use but again I am willing to learn.
