3rd Gen Fire red E4 Training

Does anyone know a good place to train for the Elite 4 in Fire red? My pokemon are in the low 40s which isn't good enough for the Elite 4, but the pokemon in Victory road are too weak to level up quickly. Also the vs seeker doesn't work in Victory road which is so annoying.
