Evolve Haunter if you can.

Chuck Brick Break on Poliwrath instead of Hydro Pump, since Surf is better for Accuracy and PP, and you are in game so you need a Surfer.

Chuck Thunderbolt on Dragonite, and get rid of Safeguard.

Replace Slash with Return on Charizard, and consider Earthquake over Fire Blast.

Kabutops could do with Surf over Mud Shot, because it's better... and maybe Return in there somewhere because his Attack is better than his Special Attack.

Electabuzz might want Thunder Wave in there to help the team out, since he'll really only be Thunderbolting, so get rid of Thunderpunch.

You might want to level up a bit aswell.

I didn't go through and replace them with competitive sets because you probably don't want to have to breed multiple times to getTM's onto certain pokemon, and you probably didn't want to re-train them.
