[Other] [FIRE RED] Losing Battle did not trigger white out screen

I have problem on my rom hack, that when losing battle (wild, trainer), did not trigger white out screen that showing text :

[player] scurried to a Pokemon Center, protecting the exhausted ....

It just showing black screen.
Sometimes it shows up GameCentre screen


What i do only changing map, and Gym Leader's pokemon.
Anyone encounter this problem and has fix for this?

I tried compare white out script, the text with vanila version.
nothing different
