Fire-Red Omega Nuzlocke? Help ? Please :D

Okay guys so I officially started my Pokemon Fire-Red Omega Nuzlocke and Im on Part 2 on Youtube,
I never played this game that much and i would like tips , such as how much i should grind , what pokemon to use, and what pokemon to avoid, OR if you dont know much about this game than watch me play on Youtube I work really hard on these videos and some feed-back would be great, If you would like to come-over and give me tips and maybe subscribe that would be awesome! Thanks to everyone who decides to help me out :D
