Fire Red Underground Flashes (Sun Fix) Quick Patch

    Continuing my learning of ASMs, I came across https://www.pokecommunity.com/threads/351387 by daniilS. The thread discusses and outlines how to add weather to the overworld (and in battle) of various gen 3 games. As most people who have tried adding Sun (called Underground Flashes in Advance Map) to Fire Red maps will know, Fire Red does not natively support this and will black screen post-battle.

    I've created a patch that automatically implements the Fire Red Underground flashes fix created by Mr.Pkmn in the above thread. Below is an example in Advance Map where selecting this in the weather header will create the effect on that route and in battle, without any black screens.

    At 0x07AC2A, the hex was changed to 20220270 and I inserted the routine at 0xF04000 , which takes up quite a bit of a space.
