[Other] [FireRed] How to work around trainer offsets causing other corruptions?

I am making a new hack to FireRed, which is similar to Pokemon Emerald Kaizo; lots of trainers will have 6 Pokemon. The tool I'm using: G3T, allows me to repoint offsets whenever I need to for every trainer that'll have 6 Pokemon. Today, I noticed some of these things:
    https //prnt sc/uq09e5
    https //prnt sc/uq0ab7

Sometimes, I can't move in certain areas, even though the movement permissions are listed as "C", so I can walk through them. And the start menu has some glitchiness on the bottom.
I think what caused it was me repointing some elite 4 members' offsets past 400000:

Some gym leaders have their offsets below 400000, though:

Is there any workaround to this? Or can I only have a limited amount of trainers with 6 Pokemon?
