Well the best team is:
TO beat elite four nr.1 : Electric, level 60 + wiht thunderbolt and thunder
elite four nr.2: Water, level 60 +, with surf, and a Flying, level 60 +, with fly and wing attack
elite four nr.3: Dark, level 60 +, with crunch and bite
elite four 4: Ice pokemon, level 65 + , with ice beam and a water pkmn, level 65 + with surf
Gary: Depends on your starter

These movsets work fine, but I would rather have strong pshysical attacks on Parasect, seeing as his attack is higher than his special attack.
Parasect@Quick Claw
Spore (well d'uh ;) )
Slash/Body Slam
Giga Drain
Swords Dance/Growth/Counter
You could go for Slash or Body Slam, I would probably pick Slash, due to its high critical hit ratio.
The last could be any of the ones mentioned, there might be other options as well. Counter could work fine, Parasect will never be a sprinter ^^
