    Huh. I know for a fact that it would be possible (assuming you mean the gen 7 effect) but what you would have to do is open the item in G3T and edit the battle usage script (I believe it is ASM but not sure.) You could probably use the scripts of other items of what you want as a reference. I'm still extremely new to ASM myself so the best I can really help you with is to send you in the right direction...
