First atempt at spiritng

I got bored two days ago,asked a friend what color scheme should I try on a ninetales, she suggested gold/black.

I quite love black parts but gold parts I don't, I feel something's wrong. oh well

Yesterday I atempted dark ninetales.

I feel as if I sucessed, I love this one.

I wanted to try black/red and on another pokemon so I chose vulpix

I think I sucessed

this was my fourth atempt

I hate the shade of blue I picked but I did my best.


This was a request by someone on Furcadia

she asked for tan and dark pink cubone. I hate shade of pink but I love tan though it's kinda pinkish.


I acpect feedback. thanks for taking time to check my artwork out. I'll work on some more. all above were recolored in MSPaint

Heh, I had to use 3 colors for this. I'm not sure if i like or not.

then I jsut had to recolor my favorite pokemon

im liking it!


a friend told me they loved Ponyta.

I only recolored fire parts. I'm loving it!

I wanted to try back spirit recolor

Haha blue eevee. lol I picked out totally random colors but it's blue.

Today I wanted to try recoloring a trainer..

So I did. Brunette. I'mm a natural brunette. Pink trim inspired me to do all purple for dress, bag, shoes and hat. Haha.

Better than my first whack at it. I tried making a pink Charizard and the colors were WAY too different from each other.

Well done, but you might want to consider outline shading and white backgrounds. ;)

the outline are shaded and sure about white backgrounds. Thank you all for your comments. LOL, Chirika, Gold parts on black/gold ninertales were bit off..lol

lol ninertales (good name!)... For the ponyta, I noticed an the top of the fire, there's alittle bit of pink on the outline. I reccomend changing to dark blue or another dark color.

Well, since these are the first sprites youve ever done, i wont attack you for the recolours, but i sugggest you read up on some tutorials and learn some new techniques.
