3rd Gen First non-kanto pokemon

I beat the E4 on Fire Red and started exploring the Islands more, and I was just curious what was the first wild non-kanto pokemon you encountered and where you encountered it?

For me it was Slugma in Mt. Ember.

for me it was a Murkrow in Lost Cave

Uhm, I think it was a...Dunsparce on 3 island.

For me it was Slugma too. Also in Mt. Ember.
