First Team! Any advice welocme :)

Hullo!
Im completely new to the whole Pokemon community etc, even though I've been playing since R/B/Y. I recently decided to put together a pro team, to take on some of my friends who also play pokemon alot. So far, I have 5 pokemon, so I need suggestions for another. I do also realise that to all you vets, my team may seem abismal, so any tips on roles, moves etc will be more than helpful. Also I do not have an amazing knowledge of the whole IV EV thing, so spare me some slack on that :P

Notes: I really need to sort him out, I have no idea what I was thinking when I gave him nearly all special attacks when he has a higher attack. Any moves or items o should learn/give him please

Well the thing is, we generally need information like EVs and Natures, otherwise we can only assume this team isn't for purely competitive purposes, especially since pokemon levels don't matter in competitive play since everything is rounded to level 100. You can find some good ideas in terms of useful movesets from Smogon's Strategy Pokedex.
