This is my first team, there are (hopefully) no ubers in it. Please give me opinions on my team so I can improve. I have come up with a name for my team, which is actually a quote. "If you can't beat em, join em" This comes from a Counter Strike player named Blueberry Pie. It means, if u cant beat the opposition, switch to their team. This is much like my party. I have seen a few of these strategies used against me, and I am trying them. Heres a glance of my team:

Heres my team indepth, starting with...
    [PokeCommunity.com] First Team, pls rate

    Azelf @ Focus Sash
    252 atk. 120 sp. atk. 120 spd
    Moves:
    Stealth Rock
    Explosion
    Taunt
    Fire Blast

Basic Azelf lead, I suppose you know how it works. Taunt to annoy the enemy openers planting SR or spikes, SR to set up for the rest of the battle. Fire Blast for massive power and wide range and Explosion for, you know, exploding stuff.

    Gardevior @ Wise Glasses
    252 sp. atk. 252 spd
    Moves:
    Hypnosis
    Dream Eater
    Energy Ball
    Charge Beam

My special attack specialist. Simply annoy enemies with sleep, and eat all of their dreams. Dream Eater + Stab = 150 base damage, half of which is restored for me. Wise glasses to slightly power up moves, and other 2 moves for wide range of attacks as well as rises sp atk and lowering opponents sp def.

    [PokeCommunity.com] First Team, pls rate

    Forretress @ Leftovers
    252 sp def. 120 def. 120 atk
    Moves:
    Toxic
    Gyro Ball
    Protect
    Light Screen

One of my teams tanks. Annoy opponents with toxic + protect while gaining health with leftovers. 4Tress's low speed means Gyro ball has much power, and light screen for a bit of defense to sp. atkers. Thinking of maybe subbing a move for sandstorm, I dunno, Ideas?

    [PokeCommunity.com] First Team, pls rate

    Toxicroak @ Expert Belt
    252 atk. 252 spd
    Moves:
    Cross Chop
    X-Scissor
    Gunk Shot
    Stone Edge

Aah. Toxicroak. How I love you so. Cross chop & gunk shot for massive power and STAB, X-Scissor for psychichs and Stone Edge for flying. Where can you go wrong? Expert belt as a wide variety of moves = many weaknesses for other team.

    [PokeCommunity.com] First Team, pls rate

    Umbreon @ Leftovers
    252 ddef. 252 sp. def.
    Moves:
    Moonlight
    Confuse Ray
    Toxic
    Payback

Not much to explain here. Toxic's role is obvious, make it more annoying for them with confuse ray. Moonlight for if the leftovers aren't completely healing me and payback for well, you know.

    Weavile @ Life Orb
    252 atk. 252 spd
    Moves:
    Ice punch
    Low kick
    Night Slash
    Pursuit

Sweeper of the team. Life orb greatly powers up my moves which is a help. Low kick for the remaining fat tanks. Pursuit for subbing foes, ice punch and night slash for STAB.

Theres my team, please comment and help me improve. If I missed anything in this thread please tell me! :)

Natures please, it helps so we know what you outrun exactly, etc.

Use an EV spread of 180 Atk / 76 SpA / 252 Speed with Naive Nature (if you don't have it already), this helps you speed tie with enemy Azelf before they can Taunt you, use Explosion, etc as well as Starmie. 76 SpA ensures that Azelf will always 2HKO Lead Occa Metagross with Fire Blast.

Dream Eater just doesn't work, any competitive battler would switch out after being sleep induced to activate Sleep Clause. Use Psychic instead of Dream Eater, it provides a reliable STAB. Calm Mind > Charge Beam, Calm Mind is always better for boosting SpA because it guarantees you will get a boost whereas Charge Beam only has a 63% chance, accounting accuracy. Calm Mind also raises SpD by 50% so that's a plus. Focus Blast > Energy Ball, you need this to hit incoming Scarf Tyranitar (very popular currently), and it hits Steel-types which would otherwise wall you. Also, consider Hidden Power Fire > Hypnosis to OHKO Scizor on the switch since you nothing to switch in on SD variants safely.

That Forretress is outclassed by Bronzong tbh, it performs all that better. You should only use Forretress to set up (Toxic) Spikes or Rapid Spin away entry hazards. Even then, don't use Protect on it since everything that switches in will most likely be a set up sweeper and it doesn't really help when something like Spikes would be more useful.

Consider Sucker Punch > X-Scissor on Toxicroak, it helps with Latias, Starmie, and Azelf so you don't have to use it on the switch.

Moonlight doesn't work for OU Umbreon, Tyranitar is #2 used Pokémon and Hippowdon is still common lead. Wish is much better, and it supports other teammates. Possibly Protect > Confuse Ray so Umbreon doesn't have to wait another turn for recovery. Use 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD, Umbreon is more bulky with EVs invested in HP.

Use Swords Dance > Pursuit on Weavile if you want to sweep with it anytime soon. Or, use Ice Shard > Ice Punch to be more of a revenge killer.

Onto weaknesses, SD Lucario weak, Bulky DD Gyara weak, Breloom weak, SD Scizor weak, etc. This helps a lot to cover these threats.
