First Time Ever Competitive batling team please rate?

This is my first ever competitive battling team. I want to make sure I have the right pokemon as well as movesets, so le me know if I should replace some pokemon (except Empoleon I'm not replacing him) Here are the pokemon and the sets I want to use( which I seen on gamefaqs):

and for the last 2 slots I'm not really sure on whether to use either:
- Infernape/Lucario
-Snorlax/Blissey
