First um.....original sprite

I really dont know what to call it but I made this guy for a project Im working on, basicall Im just taking all the anime characters and turning them into sprites, I think Im going to post up the sprites I make so you guys can rate them

p.s. does anybody know his name? Hes from the deoxys movie

I found this one to be ALOT harder and I dont know why I saw 2 pictures of him, in one he was blue, in the other (the one I used) he was dressed in green :\ I dont know if I really "got this one" ya know

1st one: The guy is supposed to look tanned, darken his skin color.
2nd one: the head is too big for the body and umm O.o he has no hair.
Needs work...but it's a start!
