    its a fake Pokémon called cirruskip the cloud skipper Pokémon
    im thinking about colouring it
    on one side you can see an ear and on the other side will be a small wing. this Pokémon can shift its body weight so it can jump on the clouds and fly. it is a pure flying type
     
    Uh, it's a little too small too see, but reading your description, it seems like a neat Fakemon. I like the idea of it being a cloud skipper. (:
