Ok, this is set 200 years after Ed and Al's journey. No one, I repeat, NO ONE is to be related to any of the charicters in anyway. I will explain more in the RP's prolouge.

"Huh... 200 years ago, we had almost no knowledge of Alchemy whatsoever, but there were so many Alchemists out there. Now, we have nearly infinate knowledge of Alchemy, but alas, this disease..." The man flipped a few strands of hair out of his face. His long brown bangs oftin got in his way, so that was the only section of his hair that was long. His face was shaved, and his violet-purple eyes did not sparkle. As his glasses slid down his nose, he adjusted them. He was a normal seized man, in his late 20's, about 5ft, 10in. He weighed about 189 pounds.
"Are the gods punishing us for the abuse of Alchemy?" He gave a sad smirk to the reaserch papers he was holding. "If not, what else? Why...? Why can only choice people use it?!?" This was a growing problem. On April 13, 20 years ago, babies began being born with strange marks* on their hands, feet, and forehead. Only 10% of the babies were born with this mark. From that day foward, only children with that mark could use any form of Alchemy. This disease was called the "Metal disease", and the children born with it, "Metal Humans".
But why give it such a stern name? Any child born with it lost ether both legs, both arms, one of each, or in rare cases, all of their limbs. And no matter what, if you were born with marks on your hands, legs, and forehead, you would lose some of your limbs before you turned five years old. There was one plus to this disease, however...
Because of this loss, their must be a gain. Equivilent trade. You see, these children lose their legs because, on their third birthday, they wake up to see The Gate. These three year olds, not knowing any better, approach The Gate. As the stone walls crack open, the children see a horrible thing. Pre-born Homunculi, just waiting for the poor childs limbs. The children cry as there limbs are ripped away from them, and they oftin wake in a hospital with their parents. Every single one of these children now have a destany. 95% of all the "Metal Humans" get auto-mail. The other five percent don't survive The Gate and they all die of blood loss.
This means that 95% of the children saw "The Truth". All of those children can now preform Alchemy without circles. Transmutation circles are just history in books now that "Metal Humans" don't need them and the rest of Humanity can't use them. What sort of lives do these children lead?
Children usually feel like they no longer belong in their community. Most of them leave town to become State Alchemists, for this is a law. "All 'Metal Humans' must join the State or become outlaws!!!" Even so, most State Alchemists do not beleive in this and hate their occupation. They need funding for their reaserch, and the State helps them do that. You see, these children have a destany, and that destany is finding a cure to "Metal Disease".
All the rest of them hide from the military (because of them now being outlaws), do their own research, and oftin secretly team up with State Alchemists because they really both hate the military, but some of them had no choice. Even if they do end up traveling together, they have other problems besides the military...
Every time a child loses his or her limbs in a fight to near death at The Gate, what is born? Well, since it is the closest thing to human transmutation, a creature from inside the gate takes those limbs. These creatures have adapted, evolved. With these creatures powers, just an arm and a leg can create one Homunculus. Wonderful adaptation.
These non-humans have the same destany as their ancestors 200 years ago. Homunculus strive for one thing: to become human. They did 200 years ago, they still do now. The Homunculi do know two things: they need to become human and they hate their creators. Because Alchemists travel together, Homunculus oftin attack the whole group. Homuculus are a large danger.
The man looked up from his research book. "I can help these Alchemists retreive their bodys and find a cure. These "Metal Humans" are a mix between scientists and Alchemists. I will find a power source to help them..." At this time, another man opens the door to this room.
"Prof. Griaf! I have found a way you can help these kids..." The Prof. smiled at his sub-ordinate.
"Thank you, Lutenaint Blookde, give research to me immidiatly." The scientist grinned. "This is the start..." He raised the papers into the air as if rejoycing. "of a new age."

Name: Nina Ruumai
Age: 15
Gender: Female
TOA: State Alchemist. The Military has her body, but never her will, mind, or soul!
Apperance: Something like this: https://eber.kul.lublin.pl/~endymion/sm/pics/makoto_kino.jpgDark Brown Hair with the very front dyed blonde and soft Blue eyes. Her right arm and leg are auto-mail. She has the mark on her forehead, left arm and left foot. She also has a scar sunning down her Left arm from her shoulder to her wrist. She wears a brown cloak with a blue tank top underneath. She also wears black jeans.
Personality:Normally bubbly and bright, she knows how to cheer up the other Alchemists she is with. Smart for her age, Nina likes to read and is oftin found studying alchemy books. Although se can be cheery and sweet, there are some things that tick her off and those things are: Immature boys; The military; Her friends in danger; and animal crulty cases. She is very interested in history and lerns many Offense/defense moves from Samuri books. Her weapon is transmuting her right arm into a 3 and a half foot long (2 inches across) samuri sword.
History: Not long after she was born, Nina's parents abandoned her because they diden't want a "Metal Child". She went to the orphanage, hiding her marks. Soon, they found her out too. She was taken to her grandmothers house in the country. Her grandmother was with her when she lost her arm and leg, but five days after that, she died. Nera was all alone, untill a scientist found her crying on the swingset outside her grandmothers house. "I can give you auto-mail for the rest of your life. I will give you a home." The man said. "I am Prof. Griaf, and I help children like you."
Nina was taken to his mansion, where 3 other "Metal Children" lived. He helped them and trained them, and they were splendid alchemists by 10 years old. Then one day, the Prof. said, "You must all go now. Go become whatever you want to be. Don't let the military control you!" Nina left to become a state alchemist with one other of her friends, but they haven't seen each other seince then.

He has no auto-mail limbs. He has purple hair, purple eyes, and wears cloths like Wrath's.
Powers: Like all Homunculi, he can change shape. But he can also shoot shadow power through his hands and can create a shadow dagger from the palm of his hand.
