    Just as the title says. Serebii.net says it on it's latest news.
     
    It's not really a change. It was already known as being an event. I thought it was just assumed that the Celebi would come out there.

    It's still not a good sign, but not completely ruled out.
     
    It is not confirmed, just almost likely... here is my theory...

    they probably know everyone wants it again so they are keeping it sealed tight, so they used the OPTION to have Celebi in it's Pokeball... and if Celebi had been out already it would have just moved up and caught Zorua's attention. I still have hope. This has not confirmed anything.
