I made these changes.

You don't need Nidoqueen RR. Tyranitar is already strong and able to tank, so you don't really need it. You can better add 1-0-1 to the T-Tar line.

The SF Larvitar and Pupitar are better since they don't have a x2 weakness and Pupitar's BODY is quite handy.

Smeargle is almost as important as Uxie, 2 supporters a turn really gives you an edge over your opponent. I also added a Unown Q because of this.

You are going to need Spiritomb more than Sableye, as you can evolve your Larvitars more quickly.

Your TSS Line is good, altough I'd swap PONT for Looker's as you may see your opponent's hand too. It has a disruptive element to it, something that's really handy in this format. I'd also add a BTS.

As Nidoqueen got removed, the psychic energy is also removed. I've also removed one DCE as you're wanting to use as many SP Dark as possible.
