Not gonna double post this time. >_>

So, I have many pokemon lined up to compete in the Battle Tower. I enjoy training them up, but I have so many that I don't know what would make the best team. Also, the movesets and items are as they are now, I would like recommendations to make them better. Also, I'm curious as to how I would get my hands on the Boosting Berries (Notably Leichi, Salac, and Petaya), short of getting to Mirage Island for Leichi. So, the candidates are:

    Porygon-Z@???
    Modest Nature, Adaptability
EVs: 252 Speed, 252 Sp. Atk
    - Tri-Attack
    - Nasty Plot
    - Shadow Ball
    - Ice Beam

    Hitmonchan@Life Orb
    Adamant Nature, Iron Fist
    EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed
    - Drain Punch
    - Ice Punch
    - Thunderpunch
    - Mach Punch/Bullet Punch/Close Combat

    Yanmega@Stone Plate/???
    Modest Nature, Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk, 252 Speed
    - Bug Buzz
    - Aerial Slash
    - Giga Drain/Ancientpower
    - Detect

    Houndoom@White Herb
    Modest Nature, Flash Fire
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk, ??? (Migrated from Emerald, dunno where the other EVs went)
    - Sunny Day
    - Overheat
    - Solarbeam
    - Dark Pulse

    Muk@Chesto Berry
    Neutral Nature, Stench
EVs: 252 Defense, 252 Sp. Defense
    - Curse
    - Rest
    - ??? (Sludbe Bomb is now Special, can he get Poison Jab?)
    - Earthquake

    Ninjask@???
    Jolly Nature, Speed Boost
    EVs: 252 Def, 252 HP
    - Baton Pass
    - Substitute
    - Swords Dance
    - Slash

    Rhyperior@???
    Adamant Nature, Solid Rock
    EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed (I know...)
    - Earthquake
    - Stone Edge
    - Crunch
    - Thunder Fang

Those are pretty much my choices, and I need 3 that I could use. Thanks for any help.

I'm not that familiar with Diamond and Pearl, so I'll do what I can with the non-Sinnohs:

    Houndoom@White Herb
    Modest Nature, Flash Fire
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk, ??? (Migrated from Emerald, dunno where the other EVs went)
    - Sunny Day
    - Overheat Flamethrower
    - Solarbeam
    - Dark Pulse/Crunch

Overheat, although very powerful, will run out very quickly, and it's not worth risking accuracy for strength. Crunch also makes a nice alternative to Dark Pulse, although both are good. You may also want to consider Will-o-Wisp or Toxic.

    Muk@Chesto Berry
    Neutral Nature, Stench
EVs: 252 Defense, 252 Sp. Defense
    - Curse
    - Rest
    - ??? (Sludbe Bomb is now Special, can he get Poison Jab?)
    - Earthquake Brick Break

I'm not quite sure what Poison Jab is, but if it's the Physical variation of Sludge Bomb, then go ahead with it. It sucks that Sluge Bomb isn't as useful on Muk anymore. D:

    Hitmonchan@Life Orb
    Adamant Nature, Iron Fist
    EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed
    - Drain Punch Bulk Up
    - Ice Punch
    - Thunderpunch
    - Mach Punch/Bullet Punch/Close Combat/Brick Break

They're all attack moves; I suggest Bulk Up on Chan.

    Ninjask@???
    Jolly Nature, Speed Boost
    EVs: 252 Def, 252 HP
    - Baton Pass
    - Substitute
    - Swords Dance
    - Slash/Silver Wind

I really like this moveset. =)

I can't really say anything about the Sinnoh Pokes, though, I haven't even gotten halfway through the game xD

    Hope that helps a little~

Also, I'm curious as to how I would get my hands on the Boosting Berries (Notably Leichi, Salac, and Petaya), short of getting to Mirage Island for Leichi. So, the candidates are:

    Porygon-Z@Wise Glasses
    Modest Nature, Adaptability
EVs: 252 Speed, 252 Sp. Atk
    - Tri-Attack
    - Nasty Plot
    - Shadow Ball
    - Ice Beam

    Good.

    Hitmonchan@Life Orb
    Adamant Nature, Iron Fist
    EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed
    - Drain Punch
    - Ice Punch
    - Thunderpunch
    - Mach Punch/Bullet Punch/Close Combat

    Yanmega@Stone Plate/Wise Glasses/leftovers
    Modest Nature, Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk, 252 Speed
    - Bug Buzz
    - Aerial Slash
    - Giga Drain/Ancientpower
    - Detect

    Houndoom@White Herb/Life Orb
    Modest Nature, Flash Fire
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk, ??? (Migrated from Emerald, dunno where the other EVs went)
    - Sunny Day
    - Overheat/Flamethrower
    - Solarbeam
    - Dark Pulse

Doesn't white herb dissapear when used...?

If I'm mistaken, go ahead and use it by all means.

    Muk@Leftovers
    Neutral Nature, Stench/Sticky Hold
EVs: 120 Defense, 120 Sp. Defense, 252 HP, 4 Speed
    - Curse/Sleeptalk
    - Rest
    - Gunk Shot
    - Earthquake

    Never used, might work.

    Ninjask@Brightpowder
    Jolly Nature, Speed Boost
    EVs: 252 Atk/HP, 252 Speed
    - Baton Pass
    - Substitute
    - Swords Dance
    - Slash

If the person isn't blind, you will never get an attack in. The point of this set is to sub until your speed boost activates 4 times, then baton passing it. You should SD every turn you're not taking an attack.

    Aerodactyl@Muscle Band
    Adamant Nature, Rock Head
    EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed
    - Earthquake
    - Stone Edge
    - Crunch
    - Double Edge

If you want something to BP to that will without a doubt sweep the entire team, this is your guy. Rhyperior really doesn't touch it, if you're using ninjask to help it.

Those are pretty much my choices, and I need 3 that I could use. Thanks for any help.

    My suggested team(s):

    Houndoom
    Ninjask
    Aerodactyl

    PorygonZ
    Ninjask
    Hitmonchan (your moveset)

    Houndoom
Aerodactyl/Rhyperior (because of not having jask)
    PorygonZ
