The flying tpes or ok.

Just that you need to get rid of Moltres or Charizard. YOu don't need two pokemon of the same type. I suggust you get a Physcal attacker like Machamp, he fast and good attacker.

One Question, What were your pokemon levels when you beat the E4 and Gray?

Yeah you have some serious rock and electric weaknesses. If anyone has anyone of those in their team your kind amessed. And even though you do not need moltres and charizard in your team because they are both the same type but since they play different roles on the field it can be passed as OK if you really wish. Moltres isn't the best in the world though. But well done on the elite four and i'm not even sure if this was just an 'I beat the elite four' thread or a 'how is my team?' thread. Either way if it not a how is my team thread and if you don't play competitively just use your faves.

EDIT: since when have machamps been fast? This would also be a better moveset for machamp.

Fire Spin and Fire Blast have a low accuracy and it isn't very good to have 3 attacks of the same type anyway. I'd suggest to give it Steel Wing if you wish to keep it in the team, cause you need a move that will eliminate the rock weakness which to it is 4x weak. I don't really know what you should replace the other move with, though...

Again. It is not the best thing to use three moves of the same type. I'd suggest to get rid of Water Pulse, cause it doesn't confuse very often and it has a low power. Replace it with Ice Beam maybe...

Although Blast Burn is powerful, it isn't very useful in-game. I'd suggest Steel Wing for him, too. You should replace Cut with Strenght or Facade.

It's quite a good team if you ask me, though making it to have better movesets, it will eventually become much more powerful ;) .
