[FR] FBI HM Type Check My Version

So i was inspired by Uncommon's Patch and mbcn10ww version of the patch, Let's just say i posted this because (mbcn10ww) patch is down and many people including me wanted to port dive and rock climb to Uncommon's AWESOME WORK. This patch will work on Leon's Rom Base because i used A00000-Above offsets and the other reason is many (including ME) will use this FR rombase

BUGS

• In the Safari Zone, the option to RETIRE from the START menu is gone. This is because this hack changes the START menu and the Safari Zone uses a different version of the START menu(I haven't fix this as the original because im not that good at ASM)
  
• When Using Rock Climb different picture of pokemon show(Trying to fix this as of now but if any of you know ill gladly accept help and credits will be given)FIXED WAIT FOR NEW PATCH RELEASE
