It was a pretty impressive goal that camera kid attempted. This was one of the first episodes to give us a legendary pokémon as the actual main pokémon. In DP though, legendaries pop up left and right for some reason.

It was really the first time that Team Rocket was an actual threat in recent memory. I didn't think they'd win, but, for a moment, I thought....
Meanwhile, Wobbuffet proved its usefulness, so win-win all around, there. Until the end with Jiggly singing to the freezing Rockets -- that's just sadistic.
Frankly, the Rockets just made it interesting, because I didn't care for Todd and his quest. We've been there before, haven't we?

Now THAT'S the episode I remembered... about Toodles taking a picture of Articuno finally, and his last day in the Pokemon anime.
Seriously, why do they throw away characters useless to the plot like that? They could've just let them have a little cameo or something... DON'T DO IT TO SHINJI!!! Or Denji! (Denji = Volkner; Shinji = Paul)
