    Hey
I'm new to a Pokemon video games and have a two beginners questions.
Which versions should i buy? why there are two versions from each game (exp Pokémon X and Y)?

The version you buy hardly makes a difference, just pick whichever legendary looks cooler on the box. In some games there are Pokemon like Vulpix or Heracross you can only catch in one version, but you can easily get them from the GTS.
The reason there are two versions is so that the Pokemon Company can more twice as much money by selling two different versions of the exact same game, but with minor differences.

You can buy whatever version looks the coolest to you, or which exclusive Pokemon you like the best :)

Togekiss is right but there was originally two versions (Red and Blue) in order to encourage trading among players and create more of a social experience. But nowadays with WiFi, that isn't necessary.

    Thnx

One more thing. Should I wait for new Sun/Moon or get X/Y(or Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire)?

If you have the possibility to buy the two ( X/Y and Sun/Moon), then you should buy X/Y (one of the two versions). But if you don't, then maybe you should wait. Pokémon Sun and Moon is a whole new generation, which will bring many new Pokémon, new features and new experiences. Plus, when Pokémon Sun and Moon come out, many people will be "leaving" X/Y/ORAS, to play the new games. So to keep up with the new stuff, you should wait. Generation 7 will be out in November, which it's not that far! But the choice is entirely up to you. You can either buy the Gen 6 games (X and Y, or the remakes of Ruby and Sapphire, ORAS) or wait untill Sun and Moon come out :)
