    Kangaskhan (lv 1) has perfect IVs in everything but HP. Has a naive nature and has early bird. It is in a dream ball. Is from Japan and has the moves comet punch, leer, and double-edge.
    Looking for an abra with 4/5IVs and having the ability magic guard or synchronize
