All Sprites Can be used in hacks just give credit.

No Images are indexed so you'll have to do that by yourself. I had Photoshop at the time to index them but i do all my sprites in paint.

Those two revamps look very good... Here are the two I had done quite some time ago. I mean A WHILE ago, look in the spriter's dicussion thread if you don't believe me. All you basically have to do is work on your outlines and you'd be fine

The Sceptile is quite bad, you basically lost the outline on it in some places.

Sectile repose- no so good. 4.3/10
Sceptsaur- total junk, a little more editing, outlineing, and a little practice, and my Score with sky rocket through the roof. 0.3/10

i always use paint.. it donesnt change the quality of a sprite in any way :s

but on with the commenting!
your re-vamping has DEFINATLY gotten much , much better since your first post!
although you still need to work on things like the outline, maybe make it a little darker in someplaces instead of it being lost in the lightness? add some black in the darkest areas!
hmm... the de-vamps... look a little messy to be perfectly honest, although ive never tried de-vamping before, areas that i tink could need work would be sceptiles hand and tail, and emeralds hair and face.
but thats just my opinion! keep up the awesome pogress, you can see your mile-long improvement already! :D
