So remember the other day there's that talk about Fusilier being a powerful monster with Armed Dragon lv 5/7... Not really it isn't that good for Armed Dragon. That doesn't mean Fusilier is completely useless though. It just needs a specialized deck for it to really shine.

Relatively simple... but there's a fair amount of tricky detail that you may have to look up from Upperdeck regarding what's ok and what's not ok with Skill Drain. Certain iceking of nowhere, choo choo trains or some feminist crew from another world may cringe at what Upperdeck has to say.
This is all a play on Skill Drain to make most monsters a beatstick, while taking away all the penality on high attack tributeless monsters. It's a game on who got the stronger attack then, and Fusilier the Dual Mode Beast with 2800 will always win here, along with a few fellow friends.
2 of the traps are stapled. 3 Skill Drain are obviously a must for this deck. The other 4 traps are made only to protect Skill Drain.
Skill Drains' required slots in traps make it ugly to add in Sakuretsu Armor, Widespread Ruin and/or Bottomless Traphole. Then the best defense is forced to be the best offense. Without Mobius the Frost Monarch or Breaker the Magical Warrior, Bait Doll, Nobleman of Extermination and your standard staple spell/trap destruction may hopefully destroy the opponents' defensive trap as well. Heavy Storm is taken out cause its suicidal for Skill Drain. Giant Trunade takes its place, hopefully at a good time for a last attack from Elite Goblin Attack Force.
No draw engine in this deck, because skill drain destroys any standard draw engines available. It still got a fair amount of searches with mystic tomato calling the only working removal monster that's friendly with skill drain, newdoria. Reinforcement of the Army calls almost half of the deck, again.
The unmentioned spell cards are very standard...
