Oh god. Your layout wants to make me rip my eyes out.

I've seen worse, but for a web developer your layout is pretty cruddy. There's no synergy, you're using different fonts and sizes everywhere, and your colour scheme is almost non-existent. The "Multimedia Channel" thing sitting in the middle of the "banner" looks completely random, and spellchecking would be a start.
