I did not see this in the FAQ, so if it there, don't be rude saying next time I should read it first.

I wanted to now if there is a way to transfer Pokemon using a Wii instead of a Game Cube. Can you do it via wireless or is there no way?

Since the Wii has the GameCube controller slots, you can use the GameCube-Game Boy Advance cable.
