    Okay, so get the fact that I am going to do a Zelda game out of your head, I started doing it again but got bored, then I had an idea, What would actually happen to Trainer if he/she had been kidnapped? You always see PKMN being captred but never see what happens to a trainer?
    Story
    You Start of as a young boy/girl who has received a Latias/Latios from his/her grandad/granny called emerald/may. A band of bandits then comes in the night and kidnapps the trainer as they could become too powerful. The trainer is then taken to MT.Burtal where he is left in dark cave, awaiting his fate, this is where the story begins....
    Features
    As i have introducted Mt.Burtal, you may be thinking that there is a new reagon, you are WRONG! Mt Burtal is a sland just off the south coast of Hoenn. Your heroe's hometown is Sootopolis as The council there think that it would be safer is Emerald/may stayed there in case of another out burst from Kyogre and Groudon. The new bad guy's team is called team Fur which in Latin mean Team Theif. The game will include all 386 PKMN and all of the 4th generation (if I can get round to doing all of them).

    Don't forget this game could be cancelled at any time as I am just thinking of what to do, C and C's are welcome
     
    Why would you start with a Legendary Pokemon? They are supposed to be a challenge when a trainer reaches a certain point... Why would you just hand it to them? I would start with a sturdy pokemon such as Larvitar/Dratini/Bagon since they are very powerful, though not Legendary.
     
    Yes but the ledengary is in Sootopolis while the Hero is in a different location
    Should I include a new regon just for the hell of it?
     
    Sounds good. Maybe not his grandfather giving him the Latias but his grandfather and grandson capturing it together. Grandfather would do more work. Like the story, a lot. Keep it simple and just have Hoenn with a few extra places, I would.
     
    i actually like the idea of starting with a legendarry pokemon. It adds more to the story. you can make it so everyone is after him or something like that.
     
    Youd don't start with a legndary, your Grandfathr and you go out to catch a PKMN and stumble across Latias/Latios, You then are kidnapped while your asleep.
    In the progress of this game I am doing the intro, the prof is Oak, Is that Okay? Oak is on holiday
    BTW Mt.. Chimney has erupted and wiped out half of Hoenn, good idea?
     
    That's a bit drastic Don't you think SG06 cummon half of Hoenn, ooh I'd say about 1/3 the surrounding villages cummon and the lava spread to the ocean and created more Hoenn above whatever town is near mt chimney so now there are more cities on this extra big pile of land apart from that I like the game idea keep it up

    BTW, I have done the intro and have started mapping the new Sootopolis, even though it is still in the preliminary stages!
