OK, here is a random game, and it's very simple!
We have a list of 15 Pokemon here, and their level:
Mewtwo L15
Pikachu L15
Deoxys L15
Mew L15
Rayquaza L15
Eevee L15
Snorlax L15
Lugia L15
Ho-Oh L15
Kyogre L15
Groudon L15
Entei L15
Latios L15
Moltres L15
Jirachi L15
They're all L15 to start with, and this is how it goes:
1. Choose 5 Pokemon and take 1 (ONE) Rare Candy (level) from EACH of them. Subtract 1 level from each of them.
2. Give ALL 5 (FIVE) Rare Candies you collected to 1 (ONE) other Pokemon that you haven't taken a Rare Candy from. Then, add 5 (FIVE) to its level.
3. No Pokemon can exceed level 100, that is, you CANNOT add 5 levels to a Pokemon above L95!
4. Whenever a Pokemon's level drops to 0, you CANNOT take a Rare Candy from it. - It is NOT removed from the list!
5. The FIRST Pokemon to reach exactly L100 wins! - It's NOT easy as you think it will be!

In the above example, I've chosen the 5 Pokemon to take Rare Candies from, numbered (1) to (5), and the 1 Pokemon to give those Rare Candies to, marked by (+).
NOTE: You CANNOT take more than 1 Rare Candy from the same Pokemon, and you CANNOT give Rare Candies to more than 1 Pokemon.
