im just wondering if anyone can tell me if the games like chaos black and blue sea were ever released in the us of if theyre in another language?

They're not real games, they're ROM hacks that people made for fun that some stupid pirates downloaded, stuck onto cartridges and used to rip off unsuspecting tourists in malls in China and Malaysia and stuff.

They can be downloaded for free and played in an emulator.

^ YES! I lived at Malaysia and I found out that some particular store actually sales those Non-Official Pokemon games. Whenever I pass by those store, I will laughing that who are going to buy them while can get them free online.
