    what does this cheat do in fire red and how do i get it to work?

    edit:k well i did it on emerald and i found the pokemon i wanted but it wont work in my fire red any ideas?

    could you be more specific? what pokemon was it?
     
    the pokemon was a charmander i really need a female
     
    oh heres the gameshark code for fire red if you cant find a female charmeleon just keep looking it will pop up
