There's absolutely no room on Smeargle for Focus Punch. Kyogre doesn't need Calm Mind or Rest. It doesn't need Calm Mind because it can already receive Nasty Plots from Smeargle, and Rest is inferior to Sleep Talk when I'll likely already be getting hit with sleep.

A good Kyroge moveset. :3 Mines is Timid though with is a good with it.

Mine is more sweeper oriented rather than to take hits since with Nasty Plot support from Smeargle it doesn't need to stall so much as kill things.

I set it so that out outspeeds Speed form Deoxys after an Agility from Smeargle, but I'm thinking about adding more Speed, maybe even going Timid and maxing it. ~_~
