Best i can think of is:
hypnosis
dream eater
psychic
thunderbolt


oh, and ranom simi-related question:
toxic is better than will-o-wisp, right?

Yeah. Gardevoir's Defense isn't the BEST, and burns lower attack and deal out steady damage.
