Which one is "better?" I like Gallade because I want something different but I was already planning to use my Dawn Stone on Snorunt. So is it really worth it to have Gallade? Or is Gardevoir just all around better? I've looked up both of their stats and everything but I want to know personal opinions. Thanks!!

Gallade if you want a Physical hitter, Gardevoir if you want a Special hitter

Gallade is better than Gardevoir in my opinion, since it is a psychic and a fighting and has good Attack stats and uses physical attacks.

Yeah I agree Gallade is a good physical sweeper, Gardevoir can also be a good special sweeper along with the annoying Trace/Synchronize ability

Get a guy with Pickup - Pachirisu or something - level it up, and keep it in your squad whilst EV training. You'll end up with tons of Dawn, Dusk and Shiny stones.

Well, this is where you ask two questions when you can't decide who to use:

1)Which one will benifit me more?

    2)Which do you like more?

Gardevoir & Gallade plays two totally different roles. Garevoir is inclined to special attacks, Gallade is to physical. Which do you need, special or physical attacker?

Then, if you could use both, then decide, which do you like better? Could be the deciding factor.

But you should think of the first question, first, then the second.

Why not try and raise both? Im sure you could get always get a Dawn Stone from the Trading section here

Gallade usually wants Adamant, I believe. :3

if you double battle it would be cool to have them both out but it wouldn't be a good strategy

for special sweeping, Alakazam is a faster and harder hitter than Gardevoir. And Gallade... well.. you can teach him high critcal rate moves and slap on a Scope Lens and have a guy doing crit hits almost every other attack.

I use mine in Battle Tower as the opener on my team and he's been great in helping me get BPs.

It all depends if you are in need of something Physical to attack with or something Special to attack with. You must look at your team first before you consider putting either of them in.

Scope lens is illegal, but yes, for battle tower, it is a nice item. Gallade is best scarfed when it is used as an attacker IMO. Gardy is outclassed by Zam, but it can learn thunderbolt.

Lol, I think I heard someone say that Gallade was a physical sweeper. I think its better to let him have a support moves as well. He could T-wave the whole team and whos gonna bring out Blissey on him? XD

Yes...I prefer both to be support pokemon...they can learn nearly all the GOOD support moves in the game...why not use them?

It appears your little support Pokemon are KO'd by a single Physical hit if they aren't fast enough, Choice Scarf Will-o-Wisp/TW isn't good

Maybe so, but EVs are a help there...and have you seen their special defense? Woah! Prediction can solve that problem too.
