Gen 4 Randomizer with Modern pokemon, does it exist?

    I hope this is the right place to post this but I was hoping someone could help me find a specific rom hack of gen 4 I could use.

    I've watched quite a few people play a randomizer with all modern pokemon (up to & including gen 9) in pokemon emerald, which inspired me to also try out a similar run, but I was hoping for it to be possible in generation 4.

    I could not find anything in my own search but did find this forum on which I could ask it: Does anyone know a randomizer of generation 4 which includes all (or most) modern pokemon, without changes to the base game.

    If this doesn't exist or no one knows of it, could anyone possibly link me to where I can find the emerald randomizer including all modern pokemon instead? I might decide to try that instead if a gen 4 option is not available.
