gen 5 flying pokemon animation on the bridge

    does anyone know if its possible to have flying pokemon appear like they did in pokemon black and white where the black circle would appear when you were on the bridge and if you clicked it - it would trigger a battle with a flying type pokemon?

    also if there are any particular animations needed for this would anyone know where to get them/how to set it up?
     
    I imagine you can set up a series of shadow like spritesheets for movement and then add an event that upon player interaction would result in a battle and then make it wait until either some time has passed or you leave and re-enter that map
