[ASM & Hex] Gen 5 overworld HMs require HMs in bag and appropriate pokemon party typings.

    Hello,

    Forgive me if I'm new to this but I am interested in modifying Gen 5 Pokemon Soulsilver so HM's don't have to be known by pokemon. I think it would be particularly interesting if the HM is present and the pokemon party type is checked. For example for surf, not only is the HM needed but a pokemon with the water typing in the party. I know HM items have been completed in GBA games, but I haven't found any resources for Gen 5 that would make this viable.

    If there is any information, I would appreciate it greatly.
