So I'm making a slightly edited Pok?mon White Version ROM that includes a randomizer (which is already done) and I'm trying to change the shiny odds. I've extracted arm9.bin and edited the file already to make it 255/65535 (Shiny odds of 1/256, so I can get a decent shiny chance when I use this for video purposes to keep stuff interesting) but Crystal Tile 2 won't import it. I use the "compression" option instead of "import" and I still get the "file too small" error. WTF am I doing wrong and how do I get this to work?
