Would a Timid Gengar be a better choice? I think the EV Spread would go 252 spatk/ 252 spd/ 4 hp. Not sure what item to hold, or of a moveset at all either. Any suggestions?

That Gengar is messed. Gengar is a special attacker, its attack is nearly 60

Destiny bond on a sweeper gengar is amazing. Trust me, i run one. I normally kill one or two of the other persons pokemon, then, destiny bond. Take another.
