Is there any map (official or fan-made) on the whole pokemon world? Including the island from Pokemon Ranger for example or at least Hoenn and Sinnoh and Kanto/Johto? If not; is there any information on how such a map should look like?

sinnoh an Island north-east/west of kanto and johto and hoenn somewhere south of the kanto/johto land-mass. Stupid in my opinion.
