4th Gen Getting my Silver Pokemon on to Diamond?

Is there a way to get pokemon from my Silver game onto my diamond game. I have a GBA as well as my DS. I have pokemon Blue, Silver, Leaf Green and Diamond.

Trying to get those darn Silver starters, as well as some other much loved pokemon. Any help?
