4th Gen Getting the games on release day?

I dont know when D/P will come where I am. I may have Diamond in my birthday (the end of August). I'd buy it myself around May, but I want prices to go down and also I have a friend who'll buy Pearl. I'll give him a Dialga, and then reset my game. He'll do the same, but he's gonna buy it around Christmas, so it's not so important to get it so soon.
 
I preordered from Gamestop online and i wont get it till Monday??? who releases a game on a Sunday. I mean out of 7 days they pick the one that you don't get mail on?
 
I dunno if i'll be able to get mine when it's released, i dont even think they've announced an Australian release yet :( but i live in a kinda small place, so i shouldnt have any trouble with getting it :P
 
I've already put 5 dollars down on both Diamond and Pearl, and I'll go in in a few days to pay the rest.
 
I live in Canada, so it probably wont be in until a few days after, most likely during the week. I haven't put a down payment on either game, I haven't preordered them and I most likely won't get to it either just because I'm going to be so busy the next two months. I'm not concerned that they'll disappear off the shelves, because my town is fairly small (about 28, 000 people) and we don't seem to have an extremely large pokemon fanbase.. lol. Besides, If it's not in one store I'll just go to the other; it's bound to be in either Wallmart or the Superstore. However when I DO get my game, I'll most deffinately be picking Diamond.
Maybe a month later when I'll pick up Pearl so I can trade back and forth between the two.
I already have a Nintendo WiFi USB connector so I can't wait to battle and trade with other players far away :) Crap, I'm getting myself excited again! XD lol
 
I am definitely going to buy one of them on the day they are released. I took up the chance to get a Nintendo DS at Christmas just so I would be able to play these when they came out, so there is no doubt about it.

I think I can't wait another month to buy it and DS. My Dad keeps taking the money I save up to get a DS, so I'll just have to wait until my birthday to get that and since I'm turning 16, I might get alot of birthday money. Then maybe in the summer I'll get Diamond. The Trading Market on the Internet will be booming by then.
 
I already have a copy of Diamond reserved that I'm picking up on release day. I might pick up Pearl later on too.
 
I live in Britain but i'm going to get the US version anyway as soon as I can, I'm not going to wait over a month until 1st June when it comes in Europe when I know Americans can get it from the 22nd April.

PS: I'm getting Diamond
PPS: Plus I worship Pies (LoL)
 
Yeah, since It comes out about a month after my birthday, I think I'll get Diamond (being my birthstone x3) when it comes out... I think I'll have enough money, or I'll maul more out of my mum.

I remember that when Emerald came out, I was constantly checking at EB for it, and I think I got it on the release day, and I got the last one x3
