So I was playing pokemon black and I saw that ghosts girl on the bridge? Does anyone know why she is there?

You have to get a female level 18 Abra, make it first in your party and then go talk to her. Something creepy will happen

Literally nothing happens. nothing, no matter what. She's just there to get her closure and depart to the spirit world.
