[Question] Gif Title Screen not moving, an issue with the Gif itself?

I'm using a script from Relic Castle to have an animated title screen... (broken link removed)

The issue is, my gif will display but does not move past the first frame. I tried a few test gifs from google and they didn't seem to have any issues. So, for anyone with any experience with this script, is there something wrong with the gif I've created? It loads properly in any other software I've tried loading it in.

My test title screen can be found here: https://media.giphy.com/media/eHcHLCRDFAtf2Wd2CF/giphy.gif

    Thanks for any help.

MAJOR WARNING: SAVE YOUR GIF TITLED "splash" TO THE "Pictures" FOLDER AND NOT "Titles". FAILING TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A BLACK SCREEN.

All you have to do here is remove the , 'splash' from the definition and everything should work! Enjoy!

    Did you do this?
