Giving a trainer a special pokemon

    Hi,
    How would I make it so a NPC gives a trainer a pokemon with its hidden ability or move?
    Examples:
    Talonflame with Gale Wings
    or
    Pikachu with Surf (as an example)

    I'm writing this on my tablet and I never use this, so the whole of that came out weird, you can always search the wiki though, the information there is exactly what you're looking for.
