Careful, shiny mews (and I think deoxys too) are almost always, 99.9% of them, hacks.
There is a thread in the forum about this explaining why.

No, I believe that what he wants are XY and Flashfire codes for the TCGO.

1.) Shiny Deoxys and Mew are hacks, and your Jirachi is most likely hacked as well
2.) You can no longer trade on 5th gen as its WiFi support was cut off weeks ago
3.) We don't allow anything not tradable on the games to be traded here, including TCGO codes
